Field Labs, Real-World Activation & Market Entry in Austin

Demos, samplings, store visits, festivals, grand openings, street teams, private dinners, and the outreach most people will not do.
Field Labs is SymbioHaven's activation engine. Demos, brand activations, grand openings, private engagements, weddings, parties, and guerrilla marketing through mobile outreach, street teams, and direct public engagement.
There is not much in this category we have not run, corporate conferences and executive dinners, professional sports events, in-store sampling and pre-event visits, immersive activations in office towers, multi-day warehouse-club demos, festivals. Part of the SymbioHaven ecosystem.
What we are on this season
Work moves. What is on the board right now:
Activations for a brand program at a Tier 1 university athletics program, weekend after weekend through the season.
Acting and presentations on a federally funded prevention tour, teenage audiences, live on stage, city after city.
Beverage operations at the biggest race weekend in the country, helping run service across the entire multi-day build.
Fan experiences for an athlete-led professional league where the players hold equity and at least half of surplus profit goes back to them.
We do not name clients. We work through agencies and we do not go around them.
Stage, floor and service, not only the booth
A stage with a live audience, a concourse moving a hundred thousand people, a production day where the same beat has to land on the ninth take, hospitality and beverage service at volume. Those are different jobs from a sampling table and they are staffed differently.
One booth, a street team for a weekend, a stage, a concourse. We work all of it.
01, Demos & activations
Bring your brand into the field
Demos, brand activations, grand openings, and on-the-ground outreach so people encounter your work in a real environment instead of a feed.
02, Relationship-driven growth
Deeper entry points for the right people
Private dinners, forums, one-on-one account management, and the relationship building that happens on the phone before any of it exists. Sourcing the right nine people for a dinner is the actual work, and it is work most people will not do.
03, Motorcycle & street marketing
Cover a city, not a corner
Street marketing on two wheels, because a van covers a neighborhood and a motorcycle covers a city. Distribution, sampling runs, route coverage, and mobile presence during the weekends when the roads around a venue are closed to anything larger.
04, Market testing & expansion
Test and expand with more clarity
Consulting for food trucks, restaurants, and consumer brands entering festivals, testing markets, and expanding into new environments with more traction and fewer expensive lessons.
Three roles
Street & field teams
On-the-ground activation
People who meet the public where they already are, demos, tastings, sampling, and in-person conversations that make a brand tangible. Including the part where somebody has to walk up first.
Relationship stewards
Private events & key accounts
Hosting and facilitating private dinners and forums, sourcing attendees and sponsors, and managing the accounts that matter one at a time.
Strategy support
Market entry & consulting
Guidance on testing new markets, entering festivals, and choosing which environments are worth showing up in at all.
What we are actually selling
Tagline: Presence that holds up past the first event
Activation designed to last, not just launch
Here is the honest version of what makes this work, and it is not a methodology.
Cold-calling sponsors frightens people. Flyering a neighborhood and photographing the proof frightens people. Standing in a crowd and pulling strangers toward a table frightens people. Committing to a full festival week frightens people.
Those look like four unrelated services. They are one thing: the work that has to happen outside the comfort zone. Formats are interchangeable and willingness is not, and willingness is what is missing on the day, every time.
Stat 1, Real-world presence Activations in the places your customers already live, gather, and decide.
Stat 2, Relationship-first growth Higher-touch formats that build trust rather than chase impressions.
Stat 3, Tested expansion Market entry and festival strategy that learns from what actually happened instead of guessing from a distance.

The work, in the field
Street teams at a ballpark, service at volume outdoors, tables in grocery aisles, and a bike loaded for a route. Different jobs, same crew.

At the size the day actually is
Some days are one table and a conversation at a time. Some days are a concourse. The planning is the same and the staffing is not.
What we will not activate for
No liquor brands, no nicotine brands, no gambling brands. That has cost us regular work and will keep costing it.
Every event, run properly, produces the same thing: good people connecting with good people, good brands, and good stories. That is the world we are trying to orchestrate, and pushing the wrong product at a store does not build it.
